Computer Science for ELA Teachers

Why CS in ELA?

Schools and districts across the country are looking for new ways to introduce computer science (CS) to students and teachers. Current STEM-based approaches work for some learners, but not all.

ELA is the key.

You see, at its core CS isn't about science, technology, engineering and math. Fundamentally, CS is about language, logic, and creativity. By embedding CS into core ELA practices, schools can introduce a whole new generation of young people to the power of computationality.

Which is exactly what our future needs.
